About the Author

The author had studied law in the University of London, with company law as one of his options after becoming a full member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators after passing all their exams.

Not only has he has practical experience in the field of corporate trusteeship in a Canadian Trust company, but he has written several articles and a procedure manual for an international consulting firm in the field.
